Acne, Alcohol, and Smoking

It isn’t uncommon to find more people drinking and smoking these days because it is a fad in socialization. Unfortunately, smoking causes lesions on the skin in the form of acne. Habits like smoking may look cool or whatever, but they cause you to look older than you are and even have the potential to end your life.
Tobacco slowly narrows your blood vessels making it so your skin is denied essential oxygen, which is the underlying link to smoking and acne.
Alcohol consumption is another form of a bad habit that contributes to unhealthy skin conditions. Alcohol takes away from your body’s ability to fight off bacteria and infection. If you are someone who already suffers acne, avoiding these social habits would be a good idea.
