Acne, commonly called pimples, has always been a problem. Not only to the teenagers but also to the adults. During the early stages of puberty, girls and boys get these problems, because of the hormonal changes happening inside them. Oily skin welcomes a lot of pimples in them. Acnes in medical terms is ‘zits’, or can even be called as pores. Their growth and spread is in a rapid speed, because of the generation of bacteria. The most common one is the acne vulgaris, which comes in different sizes and shapes, and also different severity conditions. The acne vulgaris leaves the skin swollen, red, and highly irritating and so on.
It goes worse, when left without proper treatment. You should be extremely alert, at the initial stage or else it will give out bad results and even more consequences that are dreadful. Therefore, prevention is better than cure, always. Consequently, it is always better to avoid them than treating them. An awareness of the causes and the symptoms before the treatment is very essential for every individual.
It is the hormones, which mainly cause this production of acnes. The imbalance that occurs in the secretion of hormones, invokes acne in the human skin. The imbalance of the hormones is usually only at the adolescence, not at the adulthood. For that reason, a hormonal testing should be preferably taken.
Food habits also count for these acnes production, people who have oily skin should definitely avoid oily food; otherwise, the situation will become worse to the core. Usage of cosmetics is yet another factor causing this. Branded cosmetics do not create any problem, but the cheap ones become a hazard, as they spoil the entire skin.
Stress is a complimentary problem, which comes along with acne. As stress occurs, a hormonal imbalance also comes in the human system, which starts the process again. Personal hygiene should be practiced, as a prevention process.
As the causes are clear, the symptoms become evidential. Some of them are swelling, redness and the skin gets protruded, like a button. The other symptoms are open pored spots, and bulky substance in the skin, which can be just felt by a mild touch.
There will be continuous irritation and itching of the skin until the puss of the content oozes out. These fat items can be called as the lumps, lying underneath the skin. If you get constant itching in the skin, you should know that it is the sign and symptom of acne. Thus, you, have to be alert after this indication. You can also find inflamed lumps of fluid under your skin, which is a clear symptom.
If the symptoms come true then, white heads, pores, black heads, blocked pores, milia, close comedones and lumps occur all at a time. Therefore, when you get into these symptoms, you should take preventive measures for the complete die out of these irritating, dreadful acnes.
