An Effective Home Remedy for Acne

Believe it or not, one of the best ways to treat acne is found right in your own bathroom cabinet, toothpaste. More and more people are using toothpaste everyday, and are being shocked with their results. They wake up to dry, clearer skin, in just one night!
Lab testing has shown a connection between the minty essence found in toothpaste having an extreme ability to dry out bacteria. It makes perfect sense that the mint in toothpaste has awesome power, because it is used to clean our teeth, which are quite filthy.
Here’s how you can start: Select a decent brand of toothpaste, avoid getting anything with “gel” in the title, and apply it to your acne. Leave on for no longer than 20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. Apply a bit of rubbing alcohol with a cotton ball to seal the deal, and hit the hay.
Remember to only apply a dab toothpaste to your acne, refrain from letting the toothpaste touch unaffected skin. Otherwise, your face will become itchy and irritated. Also, keep in mind that toothpaste may not be the answer for you, everyone has unique skin, so you may have to try something different.
