Some experts suggest exercise as a form of treatment to get rid of body acne, but when you exercise, you sweat, which is another acne problem waiting to happen. Some people’s acne tends to get worse when they start to exercise.

What’s the answer then? Simple; do yoga. The difference in yoga and other high rate activities is that you’ll tend to sweat less, but get an even harder workout, especially if you haven’t done yoga before. Most of the positions and ab workouts that are worked in will have you working as hard as contact sports. This will help you workout and give you healthier looking skin in no time.

Since stress is a major factor in your skin health, it can do wonders to take pride in becoming calmer, more balanced energetically.
